In front of the house is a large level piazza with a fine panoramic view, a car port with parking space for three cars and table tennis.

Along the front of the house is a paved area with a big table and chairs that is shaded by a pergola covered with wisteria, the perfect place for lunch on hot summer days.

On the south side there is a large paved terrace partially shaded by an almond tree, a pleasant place to take your lunch in spring or autumn or to have a barbecue in the evenings.

Below the sun terrace is the garden and next to it the swimming pool ( 11 x 5 m), surrounded by sun deck and lawns with extra shower, sun beds and umbrellas where you can relax with the scents of lavender, thyme and rosemary that are planted around the pool area. Below the pool area is a large flat grass area suitable for all sorts of ball games.
